Living with asthma
It is possible to live with asthma if you manage it. This means you need a provider trained to treat asthma and a treatment plan you will stick with. If you are proactive, you can reduce asthma attacks, reduce illness and ER visits and live a full life. Learn more about living with asthma.
Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA) care coordinators can help you connect with a provider, assess your needs and gain access to resources to help you manage asthma.
