Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA) serves Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid program) members who go to a primary care provider in one of these counties: Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, El Paso, Gilpin, Jefferson, Park or Teller.

The CCHA Member Advisory Committee provides an opportunity for us to talk directly with Health First Colorado members about care coordination programs, screening tools, engagement efforts, and access to care. We also use our Member Advisory Committee to get feedback on member education materials and outreach campaigns.

Our Member Advisory Committee is focused on hearing directly from members and parents/caretakers about their experience with Health First Colorado.

We are looking for Health First Colorado members or parents/caretakers of members who are not already engaged with us in another meeting or group to join. Our goal is that the Member Advisory Committee represent the diversity of the Health First Colorado members we serve. Preference will be given to Health First Colorado members or parents/caretakers who do not represent an advocacy organization – either paid or unpaid.

If you are interested in participating, please complete the form below. If you need help completing the interest form, contact CCHA Member Support Services. Please direct questions about the Member Advisory Committee to MAC@CCHAcares.com.
