How It Works

  • Trusted Guidance: Flo provides evidence-based health information to support your well-being.
  • Resource Connection: Get information on CCHA benefits, community programs, and services that can help you stay healthy.

No Action Needed

If you're eligible, you’ll hear from Florence automatically. Messages will come from a number starting with 213-377-XXXX. You do not need to opt in!
