Member Support Services Holiday and Office Closure Schedule

CCHA observes the following holidays and scheduled office closures. Some of these closures apply specifically to our Member Support Services (MSS) Call Center, which will be closed on designated days to allow staff time for administrative work, training, and team development.

Holiday schedule

  • New Year’s Day
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Frances Xavier Cabrini Day (MSS closure only)
  • Veterans Day (MSS closure only)
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

MSS voicemail will be checked periodically throughout MSS closure days, and urgent issues will be addressed as needed.

Holiday Schedule Note:
If a holiday falls on a Saturday, it will be observed on Friday.
If a holiday falls on a Sunday, it will be observed on Monday.
